When you place an order with erin.k creative studio you agree to the following terms and conditions:

How to place an order
Once you have been approved for wholesale buying you will be sent a code enabling 50% off your cart. Use this code each time you want to place an order. Discount only applies to designs in the wholesale category.

Minimum Order
There are no minimum order amounts. We appreciate every order - big or small.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars - wholesale prices are 50% of retail prices.
erin.k is registered for GST as of 22nd March 2021
All prices are correct and inclusive of GST as of March 2021
erin.k reserves the right to adjust prices without notice except when an order has already been placed.

Payment
Payment must be made upon placing your order via pay pal or credit card. Your 1st order must be paid in full at checkout. Subsequent orders can be set up to pay later with an invoice due within 14 days of receiving the goods. A 100% off discount code will be sent to you for this option.

Delivery
Australia post is used for all deliveries. erin.k jewellery is made to order so please allow 10-14 business days for goods to be made. Express post is used for wholesale orders. We use Biodegradable postage satchels, recycled boxes and reuse bubble wrap.  A flat rate postage charge of $14.00 applies to wholesale orders under $500. This price is subject to change without notice. FREE POSTAGE on wholesale value orders over $500 will be automatically applied at checkout or applied to invoice. Full postage costs will be charged for Botanic Garden shops, Museums (government supported enterprises)

Cancellations
Cancelled orders will incur a 25% of total order fee.

Returns policy
Goods are fully inspected prior to delivery therefore wholesale purchases are final unless products are faulty. Any problems must be reported via email or phone within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Variations
erin.k jewellery is handmade so not every item is exactly the same. Returns will not be accepted due to slight variations in colour or pattern.

Packaging
erin.k jewellery items come beautifully packaged in their own gift box.
Please do not remove my designs from their packaging. Artist cards are included with specific designs so please pass these onto the customer with their purchase.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you provide to erin.k including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially.

Email Alerts
As a stockist of erin.k jewellery you will be added to our wholesale newsletter. You will be notified of new designs and changes that occur to the wholesale system and products. This newsletter is the only way to be notified about the occasional wholesale special offer.
