When you place an order with erin.k jewellery you agree to the following terms and conditions

How to place an order

Log into your account using your email/username and password
Go to the wholesale category and you can shop wholesale prices
Alternatively, you can email me at info@erink.com.au with any questions or the items you want to order

Minimum Order

There are no minimum order amounts

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars
erin.k is registered for GST as of 22nd March 2021
All wholesale prices are correct and inclusive of GST as of March 2021
Wholesale prices are marked up by approx 2 to 2.2.
erin.k reserves the right to adjust prices without notice except when an order has already been placed.

Payment

Payment can be made upon placing your order via pay pal or you can select the Bank Deposit option at the checkout. Account must be paid for in full before any order will be dispatched. Full payment is required within 14 days of placing your order.

Delivery

Australia post is used for all deliveries. erin.k jewellery is made to order so please allow 10-14 business days for goods to be made. Goods will then be express posted provided invoice has been paid. We use Biodegradable postage satchels and reuse bubble wrap.  A flat rate postage charge of $18.00 applies to all wholesale orders. This price is subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders will incur a 25% of total order fee.

Returns policy

Goods are fully inspected prior to delivery therefore wholesale purchases are final unless products are faulty. Any problems must be reported via email or phone within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Variations

erin.k jewellery is handmade so not every item is exactly the same. Returns will not be accepted due to slight variations.

Packaging

erin.k jewellery items come beautifully packaged in their own gift box.
If you would prefer to display and package my designs in your own business packaging please let me know and I will send the designs wrapped in tissue instead of boxes

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you provide to erin.k including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially.

Exclusivity

erin.k will only wholesale to one retail outlet within a postcode/suburb. If you are out of stock and don’t reorder, exclusivity of erin.k will be offered to another retailer in the area.

Email Alerts

As a stockist of erin.k jewellery you will be added to the wholesale WHAT’S NEW newsletter. You will be notified of new designs and changes that occur to the wholesale system and products. This newsletter is the only way to be notified about the occasional wholesale discount sales!
